What are your hours of business?
We are a 24-7 hours operation as you need to be to successfully coordinate global projects. We absolutely work weekends.
Do you provide a rate card?
No. We bid on a project by project basis as there are too many factors involved in pricing to use rate cards.
What is your timing for quotes?
We respond to quotes within 8 hours. Most of our quotes that are received during regular business hours are returned within 1 hour.
How do you check the feasibility of whether the project can be completed on your panel(s)?
We have an excellent current understanding of our capabilities and only need to obtain detail on the SPECS then review our capabilities.
Do you provide counts of specific targets?
No. Recruiting is very fluid. We recruit in every country on a daily basis so our capability is evolving. Moreover, counts do not take into account response and participation rates which do vary from country to country and can be influenced by a myriad of factors including incentives, timing of drops, reminders, etc. And finally, we make the final determination if we can deliver a certain project. This is our responsibility, not our client's.
Which countries do you own panels in?
I. All countries where major market research currently is being done:
1) North America: US, Canada
2) Western Europe: UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain
3) Asia: China, Japan, South Korea, Australia
4) Emerging Markets: Mexico, Brazil, Russia, India
II. We have additional capability in markets not listed above such as: Scandinavia, South America, Eastern Europe and SouthEast Asia and some other emerging markets like Turkey, UAE, etc.
What are your payment terms?
Net 30. We are contractually obligated to pay our respondents within 30 days. This legal commitment is essential to maintain to preserve the trust between Sample Czar and our respondents.
