How are panelists supported if they need help? We have a number of different email help lines that we support in language.
If panelists asked to be removed from panel, how is this done and how quickly? This is done within 24 hours.
Is there a physical address on the site for contact information? Virtually all our panel interaction is digital as we only provide internet sample.
How are "inactive" panelists defined? Six months without answering a survey invitation.
How often is panel cleaned of "inactive" panelists? Quarterly.
What is your estimation of panel attrition rate? It varies from country to country. It averages between 10% and 20%.
What is your process for panel management - updating email addresses, demographic information etc.? We aggressively try to get our panelists to update their profiles by reminding them if they have family additions, change of jobs, changes of situations, (i.e. new home) to update their profile.
How are panelists selected and contacted for surveys? Panelists are selected through database management and then sent email invitations.
What business rules do you have for the frequency of contact with your panelists? It varies from country to country but it's either once every two weeks or respondent selection of frequency (i.e. respondents choose how often they agreed to be contacted). Eventually, we would like everyone to be on the "two week" metric.
What is the preferred survey length and what is the maximum survey length that can be used with the panelists? We prefer 20 minutes max but we execute surveys up to an hour. We charge aggressive premiums for surveys over 20 minutes.
